Akola (Maha), Jun 18 : A youth, who arrived here from Australia some days ago, was shifted to Government Medical College in Nagpur for suspected A(H1N1) flu, health officials said here today.
The 27-year-old local resident was admitted after he complained of cold, fever and pain in throat, in-charge district health officer D N Pande said.
He was shifted to Nagpur yesterday evening where he was quarantined, he said.
The samples of his throat swabs have been sent to National Institute of Virology in Pune for tests, he added. Z
